Refund and Returns Policy
At Shree Shyam Impex, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Returns
As our products are food-grade and perishable in nature, we generally do not accept returns once the goods are delivered.
However, returns may be considered under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Packaging is tampered or compromised during transit
Any such issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video evidence.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only in approved cases where:
- The product is verified as damaged or incorrect
- The issue is reported within the specified time frame
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or mutually agreed terms.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Orders placed in bulk without prior agreement
Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been dispatched.
